meet the Trainer
Hi, I’m Anthony Lopez Nava, founder of Precision Soccer Development and a personal trainer from the Antelope Valley. Born and raised in the 661, soccer has been a part of my life since the age of three, and it’s shaped who I am on and off the field.
I began playing in local recreational leagues in Palmdale and Lancaster before competing for AVFC. At 13, I advanced to MLS NEXT, where I played until age 18. Along the way, I competed in some of the most demanding tournaments across the United States and trained with elite programs, including FC Dallas Academy and first-division club FAS in El Salvador, while also playing in high-level tournaments throughout Mexico Those experiences—training under top coaches and competing against elite talent—taught me what it truly takes to develop at the highest level. Precision Soccer Development was built from that knowledge, with one purpose: to develop complete players through intentional, detailed, and game-real training.
This isn’t just about getting better for today—it’s about building habits, confidence, and discipline that last. Every session is designed with purpose. Every rep matters.
Develop the player. Trust the process.
